I'm so sorry for the awfully slow reply to this. Unfortunately the scraper is broken at the moment! A lot of the other CSVs come from http://www.football-data.co.uk/

I fixed the broken scraper, it is available under the following fork and might get added through a pull request into this repository: https://github.com/travelhawk/pl-predictions-using-fifa
