CocoaPods podspec

Hi, I'm interested in using this in a CocoaPods based project. Would you accept the PR if I took the time to add a .podspec file to this library?

Some other ideas I had:

  • More units (I want decibels and amplitudes)
  • Support for arbitrary FloatingPoint units now Swift 3 has that protocol
