- using MTLArgument to get right uniform argument buffer data size;

return ShaderUniformSettings directly; -
convertYUVToRGB(pipelineState:uniformSettings:luminanceTexture:chrominanceTexture:secondChrominanceTexture:resultTexture:colorConversionMatrix:)
receive ShaderUniformSettings as uniformSettings parameter;
