Bug: Can't paste with keyboard shortcut when prompted to enter API key

Environment

On Windows 10 x64, running both taco and gw2 with admin persmissions. TacO version 066.3702r

Issue

Holding ctrl + v simply types 'v' in the input.

Other information

Editing the TacOConfig xml file and entering the api is working correctly.
