IOG planned dispatch slots not being released when Smart Control is switched off

Open ragg987 opened this issue 1 month ago • 1 comments

Describe the bug

I have noticed a few times that the integration "holds on" to IOG cheap slot that was previously planned even though I have turned Smart Control off. In these cases the Octopus App does not display the cheap slots.

Screenshots of HA sensors. Smart charge has been off for 3hrs and planned dispatches remain. Image

Reproduction steps

On IOG tariff, actions performed in HA:

  • set Smart Control on
  • wait until Octopus have allocated charging slots
  • switch off Smart Control
  • check the octopus app - no cheap slots are shown
  • check HA - cheap slots remain

Expected behaviour

The integration should recognise that Smart Control is off and switch-off any existing planned dispatches.
