Run sudo apt update && sudo apt upgrade -y?

@RavenVD01, my guess is that either your country or internet service provider is blocking connections to Ubuntu's update servers. This is not a Pi-Apps problem, and we can't help you.
For further tests, I suggest:
- Accessing ports.ubuntu.com in a web browser on your same device.
- Maybe try a VPN or a different internet connection to see if that helps fix the 404 error.
