What happened?

I'm trying to install the app and it gives errors

Description

Pi-Apps dependencies failed to install and so the Pi-Apps install has been aborted. Before Pi-Apps can be installed you must solve any errors above.

What are your system specs (run the following command in your terminal)?

OS L4T Ubuntu noble 24.04

(Recommended) Error log? Terminal output? Debug messages?

Run sudo apt update && sudo apt upgrade -y?

The output in the screenshot shows that sudo apt update failed.

@RavenVD01, my guess is that either your country or internet service provider is blocking connections to Ubuntu's update servers. This is not a Pi-Apps problem, and we can't help you.

For further tests, I suggest:

  1. Accessing ports.ubuntu.com in a web browser on your same device.
  2. Maybe try a VPN or a different internet connection to see if that helps fix the 404 error.
