What warnings did you exactly get from the terminal? Likely your instalation of Pi Apps and/or Pi OS is screwed up, but since i don't know what exactly is going on other then "two warning about updating-apps directory missing" try reinstalling Pi Apps first and if that didn't work try reinstalling a fresh copy of Pi OS since issues can happen over a broken copy of Pi OS

You are not meant to type this out manually, instead you run ./api get_device_info in the Pi-Apps folder (typically called pi-apps) which should look something like this: [^1]

Please install pi-apps again, then run the necessary command to get system info. This is important as it often helps us get an idea on the cause of your issue.

Please also send the EXACT errors you experienced. Don't paraphrase. Login to github on your pi400, then copy and paste all output with errors in context. Thank you.
