Possible replacing VeraCrypt with ZuluCrypt

I was informed by a Kali dev that most people use ZuluCrypt instead of VeraCrypt now. Both tools do similar things, but zulucript seems to do more. (?) It can open VeraCrypt files. I wouldn't replace a functional package. I don't see why zulucrypt shouldn't be added though as a package app. It fits perfectly as an alternative to existing apps already in pi-apps as detailed in the app eligibility rubric https://github.com/Botspot/pi-apps/issues/185

Neither would I under most circumstances unless one proves to be a clear successor. I am hoping a veracrypt user will see this issue, compare both in practice, and weigh in on whether zulucrypt seems to be a clear successor or not.
