option "Maximum speed in ECO mode" fails

When activating the option "Russian throttle algorithm (from CFW)" to accelerate by power, the "Maximum speed in ECO mode" option stops working, and then it does not exceed 22.5 km / h.

With the accelerator set to speed, the setting in "Maximum speed in ECO mode" works perfectly eg. 31 km / h

I wish I had a solution ...

Yep, it's the Russian algorithm. Will fix soon.

Can this be affecting the "Maximum speed" setting in regular mode too? I can get past 30km/h if I enable the russian algorithm, which is pretty inconvenient since the regular algo seems to scale linearly with the speed limit setting, leading to a really sensitive throttle if it's set somewhat high.
