Slack adapter doesn't validate the challenge request when changing the Slack Events Redirect Uri

In one environment, I have the bot running and the events redirection working to a particular url. But when I want to change that URL to the new domain, it breaks. I can see that slack is sending everything it should. And my bot works with the old Url.

This happens when I go into the Slack API portal, Events subscriptions and try to change the Url What could be going wrong here? I ran out of ideas
