Multi-flow output response type from SN VA is not rendered in MS Teams

Hi All,

We have response type called Multi-flow output response type which can be used to sequentially display two or more outputs (text, image, link, or HTML). Users can move from one output to the next through a provided navigation button and then finally a response asking whether the above information helped me. I'm facing the issue in MS Teams that I'm not getting the initial set of responses but instead the ending question.

I'm trying to get the similar response to be rendered in MS teams, can someone suggest me or provide a solution on how can I get the response in MS teams.
