I was able to reproduce but had to add a child feature AND change the content of a text field of a existing child feature.

@suricactus I did exactly the same as in https://github.com/opengisch/QField/issues/4796#issuecomment-2016448088 I used the same cloud project (didn't change anything) so - for now - I disagree.
