Regarding the value after submit

Hi, BosNaufal I would like to thank you for this package,itis really making my job simple. I have an issue here after i submit my response to server, that is once i submit the file to server the value or whatever the name it is still showing there. I need to get rid of this value once i clear the form or once i submit the form. Looking for your response. Thank you.
