Add an extra query button to support Codespaces (F5 refreshes browser)

Hi guys, thanks for writing an awesome module. I have an issue when running in Github Codespaces, namely that it runs in a browser, so the F5 button closes my codespace and refreshes my entire browser window, as the browser window refresh button is also F5. For now, I can right click and run stuff that way, but I'm hoping you can add a different query run button for codespaces.
