Decryption failed

Getting a "Decryption failed" popup when clicking on PostgreSQL Explorer extension, and nothing shows up on the sidebar. Tried uninstall and reinstalling. Adding a new database connection gets me the same error. This just started happening, I did not update vs code recently.

v.1.4.0 vs code 1.66.2 windows 10
