Configure text truncation in output window

I have a database with many long texts. However, the extension always truncates them so I can only read the first line. An option would be great to disable truncation. Even better would be a small expand/collapse arrow in each line, but ATM I would be glad if I could watch these texts in any way without using the shell.

Am I missing any existing configuration options?
