Question: is there any way to complete test with custom status (Product Bug, Automation Issue) and linked e.g. Jira ticket?

Is there any way to complete test with custom status (Product Bug, Automation Issue) and linked e.g. Jira ticket? Will be useful to parse failure message to contain e.g. "Timeout" sub-string and set e.g. custom System Issue for the test.
