Title for every bar in ARChart

There should be an optional/compulsory functionality where you could label every bar in Bar chart. So that the specific value can be shown on top of every bar node.

Hi @jay58, You don't need write permission to contribute to the project! You can simply open a Pull Request from the branch you've been working on (on your fork of the project), to the master branch of this project.
