Change order of storage locations

As a user I'd like to re-order the storage locations that appear in the left pane so that I can have locations that are used more often near the top.

This is not the same as issue #194. That was about re-ordering folders within storage locations. This issue is about re-ordering the locations themselves.

This is an important feature I think is needed too, as we cannot have subfolders then the only option (besides tag hierarchies) is to have multiple storage locations with folders for sorting documents.

I have a lot of Storage Locations now and they are in the order they were created with no way to change the order.

Makes it a pain to find what you are looking for

This has already present in the latest version of Boostnote.

CORRECTION: Changing the order of folders is supported, not storage. My bad.

It would be really nice to have this. The only way of doing that right now is to remove and then add again all the storage folders.
