Hi, mtslzr
The new Boost Note next is written in the almost latest version of Electron and Electron will soon support the Apple Silicon so it should not be a problem to build the app for Apple Silicon too (found info about this here: https://www.electronjs.org/blog/apple-silicon, might be outdated).
Boostnote legacy is similar but the version of the electron is very outdated, so don't know how many changes would be needed.
👍 @Komediruzecki I can summit a PR to enable CI build for apple silicon. Could you point me to any reference / document that I could start with? Thanks
Hi, tuannvm,
unfortunatelly I didn't really work only any Github related CI building, and in general I don't think its needed. For building the application however for releases is another story, but that too is more of a @Rokt33r responsibility, so he can point you in needed direction if you want to contribute.

@tuannvm Sorry we are still working on providing a development environment for external contributors. But I think I can fix it easily by adding arm64
to arch
for our macOS packaging configuration.
