Improve github pr/issue embedding poopup message.

The current app is suggesting users embedding a Github block when they paste Github URL to markdown editor. But the suggestion popup is not distinguishing that the entity is an issue or a pull request so the message is always "Embed Pull Request?" although it should be "Embed Issues?" when pasting URL of a GitHub issue.
