Page changelog text is truncated without warning

Describe the Bug

The page changelog text seems to be limited to 191 characters. But you can put more than that into the box, and save the page, and if you do this, it cuts off the rest of it without warning you.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the page editor
2. Set a changelog text longer than 191 characters
3. Save the page
4. View the page revisions

Expected Behaviour

It should be clear when entering/submitting the text that there is a limit. And in addition, the limit should preferably be extended
