An easier means to specify/set an ID on specific elements (like text within a table cell) so you don't have to dig through and edit via the source code view.

Describe the benefits this would bring to existing BookStack users

Users could set IDs on content easier, and therefore make better and more advanced use of the page include system.

Can the goal of this request already be achieved via other means?

By editing the page HTML source code. Could possibly hack in a method for the TinyMCE based WYSIWYG editor, but that is planned to be phased out soon.
