Notification update modal not usable

Describe the Bug

To update page notifications received there is a modal with some options. It's displayed in a way where one can't properly change the behaviour.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to any page
2. Click on "Beobachten" (propably "Observe" or "Watch" in english)
3. Try to change or remove the observation

Expected Behaviour

Show the modal in a way where all options can be seen and selected.

Screenshots or Additional Context

Page is already scrolled up to the top and can't go further. Modal goes behind navigation bar and propably off the view area.
