Validate bolt12/lnurl without enter/space

Some users don't get that they have to "enter" or add a space to trigger validation and enable the swap button. Web app should validate on any character change (but only show red dashes - error - on enter or space) to circumvent this.

Specifically reproducible on FF and Vanadium on Android, but e.g. not on Brave. Please spend not more than 1h on this, please move on @kiocosta Affected # of devices is too small for us to spend too much time on this for now.
