This makes sense for a future extension of the character sets.
Good idea. Means that we need to create this glyph for the italics and Sans Condensed fonts, since Devanagari only consists of upright styles.
This is intentional – all Latin glyphs in Plex Sans JP have been scaled to 105% to mix better with the Japanese character set.
