Mocking Web3 request tests

Mock Web3 request tests instead of relying on Infura as this is obviously bad practice.

I will have to think about how we can really generate good mocking cases without making the tests useless. I move it to version 0.2.0 as this doesn't affect currently anyone and the current tests actually cover everything.

This is more important now because Infura somehow revokes our token every few days and generating a new one for every PR sucks.

Highly relevant. Goal is to work on the test suite in the next milestone.
