[Feature Request] Command line parameters

For setup/launch it would be helpful to be able to use at least some startup parameters known from other ports like -config, -file or -iwad to manually load a disk image and/or ini file. This would make usage within common launchers like DoomRunner easier and would also provide an alternative for storing ini files in the AppData/Roaming folder.
