#556 removes support for GCC-9, thus "solving" this issue.

We have decided this a "Won't Fix". GCC Version 9 is no longer considered a supported gem5 compiler. #556 removes GCC Version 9 support Closing.

The option introduced in #601 may allow us to use gcc-9 and continue to test with it. Reopening
