ImportObjects not updating templateVars

What is the problem?

When I use the ImportObjects utility the TVs are not updated. For eg I tried to update the default value of an image TV. After running the ImportObjects utility the default value remains the same as before.

So how can I update my packages templateVars?

Environment

Using modxvm with modx 2.5.1 and mycomponent 3.2.2-pl
