Issue with DNSmasq service

Making this issue on mobile so excuse the formatting.

I followed your instructions, when I got to the final command I got and error. IIRC it was: sudo: DNSmasq unable to resolve host my-user-compterName

Adding this to the hosts file: 127.0.1.1 <my-user-compterName> fixed the issue. But I'm worried that when the crontab runs it will overwrite the change and break it.

Could this be caused by the fact I was doing this within the digital ocean terminal, not over SSH? NB. the problem did recur and is present for all service commands
