Frostmaw Spawns Randomly

Hello, I've noticed on several occasions that the frostmaw will spawn in any biome even though the config limits it to snowy biomes. I'm not sure if there is a possible conflict with another mod or something else. I've found them in jungles and deserts.

What other mods are you using?

it's a long list. But I'm thinking it's a biome mod... we are using the bop and rtg. Other possibilities are climate control, project vibrant journey, or serene seasons

Lots of mods rewrite the spawning system, and some mods don’t properly use Biome Dictionary. The only real way to figure out the problem is to remove mods in groups until it stops, then add them back until you can narrow down which one is the problem.
