Feature : route to get per-process impact, based on actual resources consumption

To be able to estimate the allocated manufacturing impact for multiple processes running at the same time on the host, I need a route and a formula to allocate a share of the complete machine's manufacturing impacts to a given process.

It would take either a PID or a command line regex as input and give an answer similar to what the results metrics / query route answers.
