Register, then set yourself as Owner in the Accounts.xml then login.

It works with all versions of GTA, for now even with cracked ones.

A schema file would still be prefered, and also do you know a better way to get fallback than [this](https://github.com/Bluscream/scvr-patcher/blob/csharp/Classes/Hmdq.cs#L19-L24)?
