Create filter to sort Featured Ids based on a selected Array

Feature IDs are normally applied in a "flood fill" fashion from upper left to lower right (2D) or from Origin to max (3D). There is already an option to Randomize the feature ids when segmentation is complete. This filter would link the number of the feature Ids to a sorted array of feature attributes for example the size of a feature. The example workflow would be to segment the features, find their sizes, then sort the feature Ids based on the sizes. This would require all the feature Attribute matrix arrays to be updated within the filter.
