Should we perhaps make a release with updated dependencies?

hi @mjw99, just a quick note. I started something new: https://github.com/BlueObelisk/iupac-names

The first 10 thousand IUPAC names were purely done with the Europe PMC Annotation API, but I now switched to using OSCAR4 (via Bacting), which does a better job, it seems.
