Unable to Set Custom Foreground Colors

If i try to set a custom foreground Color for a item, it does not get applied , even if set from the design view it does not get the correct color. I don't want to exclude from theming but i want to be able to set a custom Text color on some things.

a menu of a diferent color, i never tried that.. let me see what i can do..

@BlueMystical Cool cool, Not necessarily the color of the menu but primarily just the text color, let me know if you need testing or anything
