Update dependencies and migrate to Webpack 5

This project makes perfect sense, but it's been two years without maintenance. The relevant dependencies have changed too much to be referenced in the new project. So I updated the dependencies and rewrote the project using Webpack 5 to make the project work. This project can currently replace what you wrote two years ago. The original function remains unchanged. My follow-up work is to encapsulate it as a component in React 18 so that it can be referenced by other React projects.
