Escape key to save changes [Suggestion]

I suggest to allow the Escape key to serve the same function as clicking away from the field being edited (for saving the changes) Alternatively, the shortcut key could be Ctrl+Enter. You could maybe also make the keyboard shortcut customizable. Thank you for having made this excellent Anki add-on

It is working on my computer (Mac). I think the problem may be platform specific.

What Anki version and OS are you using?
