Merge Pointer Lock and Mouse Cursor extension

Pointer lock only has 2 blocks lol

It would be super useful if the find and replace bar would work with all blocks instead of just my blocks and variables etc

Delete extensions from toolbar

Right-click on the extension to delete it from the toolbar. Would delete only if none of it's blocks are in use.
