Group Photo fails to change + Triggers constant 'Unknown Group Event'

I'm fairly sure these seem to be tied to each other, as after trying to change a group photo, me (and others in the group) and seeing messages about 'unknown group event' or me trying to change the photo (But it not actually changing)

Server Version: 1.9.8 macOS Version: 14.7.2 Private API Status: ENABLED
