Date format not following phone locale

Bluebubbles Android: Version Number 1.13.2 Version Code: 2066

Phone Locale is set to English UK

Expected Behaviour: Dates displayed throughout app use UK/Intl. DD/MM/YYYY format.

Actual Behaviour Dates displayed throughout app use US MM/DD/YYYY format.

This happens in main chat list and in scheduled messages, however scheduled messages doesn't support redacted mode so no screenshot attached. Chat-List Settings-Locale
