Australian numbers don't format correctly on the New Conversation screen

Australian numbers that start with 04 do not have correct spacing, for example it is shown as 04xxxxxxxx when it should be 04xx xxx xxx. +61 numbers also aren't shown correctly, where it will have the correct spacing however the +61 is not shown, for example 4xx xxx xxx when it should be shown as +614xx xxx xxx. This issue seems to only affect the New Conversation screen (from my limited testing).
