Fix the "Query the view" button in resource panel

The "Query the view" button in resource panel, links to incorrect view.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to a project with multiple views (for example, "Glucose is a risk factor" project in staging).
2. Select a view
3. Click on "Query the view" button in resuorce panel
4. This will show the (correct) view selected.
5. Go back to the project resource views, and select another view
6. Click on "Query the view"
7. Incorrect query for the older view is displayed.
