Project / Statistics tab: Unable to display quotas even if ACL quotas/read is granted

Description

On our staging environment, I can see that we have the following ACLs configured:

  • quotas/read on / granted to anyone authenticated with 'bbp' or 'GitHub'

If I go to a Project page and open the Statistics tab, I get the following message:

No Data. You don't have read access to quotas. Please contact the Administrator for access.
