Fusion (search): dataset row state

Motivation

Give some clear indication of which dataset in the result table is currently displayed in the side panel.

Acceptance criteria

• On hover: unify the hover background-color change on the full row and not individual cell. The user should understand that their is only one unique panel for the whole row.
• On active: once a row clicked, get a clear status to indicate which item is the user currently seeing in the side panel.
• On selected: help the user to clearly identify which item are selected and would be part of his future "cart".
