Command `jupyter-notebook` not found

Solve Jupyter command `jupyter-notebook` not found by replacing pip install jupyterlab with pip install jupyterlab.

I just noticed that this PR change is included in another open PR: https://github.com/BlueBrain/nexus/pull/3250/files#diff-99998409065fc85337db6ec2e72eba54abb17bd821e3939a33b016807e93f23dR68

Just to make clear that installing jupyterlab is not enough to run the jupyter notebook command required later.
