How to get 'Admin' tile or option on Nexus landing page - Local install (docker swarm approach)

Step by step explanation of local installation of nexus with docker swarm approach is clear until the deployment of required services, but not able to see "Admin" option on nexus web interface.

Configuration steps are not very clear on how and what to do next to add necessary things to go forward to complete installation successfully.

Is there a video or document which explains the local installation step by step till the end?
