Report Plugin: Ability to order Assets (images...)

Description Users should be able to change the ordering of images in an analysis and save their changes.

Requirements

• Data model with support for maintaining ordering
• Validate that the DnD library is satisfactory for image ordering
• How to present the drag and drop functionality in the UI
• to start, moving a single image at a time is ok. if the library allows multiple, it's a bonus.
• whether the item listed is an image or a PDF (to be supported later), it should not matter, the re-ordering should work the same.
