Studio: plugin icon setting 'expand always' is not working

Then go to 'edit studio', 'customize plugins', select / activate some plugins, and set one of them to 'always expand' (little icon next to plugin name) the rule is not always observed.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior, e.g. for Fusion:

1. Close description in resource panel.
2. Then go to 'edit studio'
3. Then 'customize plugins'
4. Select / activate some plugins and set one of them to 'always expand' (little icon next to plugin name) the rule is not always observed.
5. Save
6. Go to resource panel again and check if expand by default plugin is expanded.
